Herbalife Meal Shakes:

The shake simply consists of 2 things that have to be mixed.

First; Protein Drink Mix:

which has only 4 flavors:-

  1. Natural Vanilla Flavor (Certified: Kosher, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free.) / (Made with: non-GM ingredients.) / (No: Artificial flavors or sweeteners, soy or dairy.) / (Suitable for: Diabetics.)

  2. Vanilla (Certified: Gluten-Free.) / (Suitable for: Vegetarians, Diabetics.)

  3. Peanut Cookie (Certified: Gluten-Free.) / (Suitable for: Vegetarians, Diabetics.)

  4. Chocolate (Suitable for: Vegetarians, Diabetics.)

How to prepare the Meal Shake:

  1. Put 2 scoops of Protein Drink Mix.

  2. Put 2 scoops of Formula 1 Healthy Meal.

  3. Add 8 or 12 fl. oz. of water; either cold or warm not hot.

  4. Mix them in the mixer.

  5. Enjoy your meal :)

Now Herbalife has a nice option, if for example you will travel and don't have enough space to take too many boxes, or maybe you don't have enough time to mix the "Protein Drink" with the "Formula 1", you can buy from this product which is called "Formula 1 Instant Healthy Meal" Which is basically "Protein Drink" and "Formula 1" mixed together.

They have only 2 flavors:-

  1. Vanilla Dream (Certified: Kosher, Gluten-Free.)

  2. Creamy Chocolate (Certified: Kosher, Gluten-Free.)

To prepare it:

  1. Just put 2 Scoops of Formula 1 Instant Healthy Meal.

  2. Add 8 or 12 fl. oz. of water; either cold or warm not hot.

  3. Mix it in the mixer.

  4. Have a safe trip :)


Herbalife Tea:

There are 4 types of "Herbalife Tea".

  1. Relaxation Tea: which is good to drink whenever you feel nervous.

    It has 1 flavor:-

    • Peppermint.

  2. Herbal Tea Concentrate: which is perfect for the digestive system, so it makes you digest the meal that you ate and feel much lighter.

    • Lemon (Certified: Kosher, Gluten-Free.) / (Suitable for: Vegans.)

To prepare it:

  1. Put a half teaspoon “Look back at the bottle because some require 1/2 teaspoon, and some require 1/4 teaspoon” of the Tea.

  2. Add 6 to 12 fl. oz. of water; either cold or warm or hot.

  3. Shake it.

  4. Have fun :)

You can drink Herbalife tea once or twice a day.

Add to it:

  • Herbalife Aloe Concentrate.


Herbalife Aloe Concentrate:

Herbalife Aloe Concentrate: is made from a premium quality aloe vera. It supports healthy digestion, soothes the stomach, relieves occasional indigestion, supports nutrient absorption and intestinal health.

Has 4 flavors:-

To prepare it:

You can drink Herbalife Aloe Concentrate as much as you need to.

Herbalife Active Fiber Complex: it boosts your daily fiber intake. It promotes regularity, helps support and maintain a healthy digestive system.

Has 3 flavors:-

  2. Apple (Certified: Kosher, Gluten-Free.) / (Suitable for: Vegans, Diabetics.)
